Customers of VTB, Sberbank, and MTS Bank now have the opportunity to pay with Russian bank cards in Turkey using a QR code. No physical card is required – just a smartphone with internet access.
How It Works
- Payments can be made in any store with a terminal that has a screen.
- Supported cards: Mir, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Transactions are processed in rubles, with automatic conversion to lira without commission.
- Transaction limits: from 10,000 to 350,000 rubles per operation.
- An internet connection is required for payment.
Payment Instructions
- Ask the cashier to select the QR code payment option.
- Scan the QR code using your bank's mobile application.
- Confirm the payment.
Restrictions
- The service is available only to VTB, Sberbank, and MTS Bank customers.
- QR code payments can only be used for purchases, not for cash withdrawals.
