The volume of package tour sales to Türkiye for the upcoming 2025 season among Russian citizens has increased by 2–2.5 times compared to 2024.
According to the Russian Union of Travel Industry (RUTI), the average tour price to Türkiye has risen by just 5%.
Tour operators report that Türkiye remains the most popular destination. As per Fun&Sun, Türkiye accounts for 63% of all summer bookings, with demand growing by 2.2 times. The UAE ranks second (13%), and Egypt third (7%). The company "Intourist" recorded a 2.5-fold growth in Türkiye's popularity. The aggregator "Sletat.ru" also reported that booking volumes for summer 2025 almost doubled compared to 2024.
Most bookings are concentrated in the first half of the season — from May to June. Hotels in Alanya and Belek are particularly in demand. The average package tour price is around $1200. It is forecasted that up to 6.9 million Russians will visit Türkiye in 2025.
In 2024, the Antalya province welcomed a record 17 million tourists. This was announced by Türkiye’s Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy. This represents an 8% increase compared to 2023. The highest number of visitors came from Russia, Germany, the UK, Poland, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Romania, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Lithuania.
